I though it was gonna be alot more powerfull then what it was cause the water was like 90+ degrees but thank god it didnt cause it would be even worse if it did.i was down in Pensacola when ivan hit and i though that was bad but then i saw what happened in new orleans an Ivan dont come close to what katrina did.I think the victims handled it good for the situation they were in without food or water for days but then there was some people over there that was just stupid shootin at supply trucks and rescue workers i dont get y they were doin that.I think the government did a shitty ass job not sayin the people arent workin hard but they just werent puttin enough effort into findin people and bringin in food and water.The mayor of N.O. just went crazy i mean when u the leader of a city an a catastrofy like that happens u cant loose ur cool like that cause that makes people start doubtin shit and the government was trapin people in the convention center they wouldnt let them leave so they kept bein promised help but it didnt come till yesterday while they were without food and water and i saw on the news this one dude had a infint but it wasnt his it was this lady's baby but shit died from the heat.then some rescue workers an buses were just passin by the people on I-10.I never seen anything like what happened over there in my life...

there is a young lady stayin with us a few days and she's from new orleans. last night, i just came out and asked her "why do you think it took them so long to send you guys help?" she said flat out that they don't care about them and want them dead. it's crazy because bush could send a trillion troops to iraq in one day and it take him 4 days to send a few thousand. hmmmm, i wonder why it took him so long. it's because "George Bush doesn't care about Black people." - Kanye West.it was funny when he said it, but it is so true though. he just doesn't care.

First and foremost I gotta say this, as far as who's to blame for Hurricane Katrina... NO ONE!! The hurricane was a wrath of God and God alone and you can't point the finger at HIM.

Now that I said that...

It's true that Bush is taking his precious time taking care of this issue, but then again what's really pissing me off is that fact that the same f*cking people who voted for him are now protesting against his actions in light of this hurricane like they didn't know when they first voted him in office that they were voting in a racist redneck war president who only looks to keep the rich richer and the poor dead. But on a even more serious note, I feel bad for Bush because when you think about it he is more a pawn than a power player. He is a just a foot stool for his father's endeavors. This all started years ago with his father and still to this day his father is living vicariously through his son. Elder Bush is the master puppeteer and he is really running the show. Let a day come in the near future where as George Bush (president) doesn't have his father or his cabinet by his side and let's see what he will do. He will be as speechless as he was at 9:07 on 9/11. He will have nothing to say because he doesn't say it, his father does.

BTW, since I'm ranting..where and what the hell is going on with Saddam Hussein? We bomb their entire country is search of this guy, find him, give him a shave and a haircut, then he disappears. What the hell is up with that? And last time I checked it wasn't Saddam who flew airplanes into the WTC's, it was Osama Bin Laden. When will the real search begin? When will someone assassinate Bush? Why won't Obama and Hilary Clinton run for office in 2008? So many questions, so little time. LOL.

Prayers go out to the many lost and the many found in New Orleans and the surrounding areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.

i think that stuff u said is true. they should be lookin for osama and not fighting for oil. and i think bush is not smart enough to think on his own sometimes.
