yeah, im on the west coast and i just saw his performance: superstar and as stated earlier, about 10 secs of dumb it down. The rocked out version seemed pretty nice so i'm looking forward to it updated on jimmyk's site.
I'm going to lupe's show tomorrow night, out in portland, or. Do you guys know if he will roll with a live band or the typical dj w/ turntables? I personally prefer live band... figured some of you have already hit up a couple of his shows and could refer to that... thanks Glow like LeRoy.... |

What a waste: to cross a picket line and get ten seconds of air time!

10 seconds lol... he performed Superstar plus "10 seconds" of Dumb it Down. And i personally dont think it was a waste one bit. Late night shows are a big source for getting your name out, so his "10 seconds" may not be remembered... which no ones are, but im sure someone else now knows who he is. Besides, this group of people (writers) is putting entire buisnessess at a stop. The world cant stop and wait for the people to make a deal. And no one is gonna remember Lupe crossed the picket line lol i guarantee it. "hey you heard of Lupe?" "oh yeah.. hes that son of a bi*** that crossed the picket line a year ago!!! i hate hiimmm!".... no. I can bet that him going on the show helped him more then it hindered him.  |
