I just had an omg moment with this line yesterday. He's saying the hearing never reached the ear. The hearing stayed from the earring to the ground meaning it never actually reached the ear and was never heard.

the first part could just simply be he is saying is flying on the mystical beast called pegasus and other rappers, who are on a lower level are riding a pheasant (least respected bird lol). But since Lupe is such a sneaker head, he could be alluding to the Nike Pegasus, a pretty good jogging shoe.

Rider of the white power- something close to the "white horse",

picker of the fire flowers, spit hot fire like Dylon on Chappelle's skit- pretty simple, he first talks about the mario brothers as they spit fire by eating the fire flower, then joins it with the skit by chappelle where he jokes about Dylan of "Making the Band" with P Diddy.

Besides snorting the white horse, i have no clue about the last line of that verse.

Yo, I did my homework on that one. What do you think a Sphinx is? a weird mythological creature (mainly archaic) but what does is have to do with Leon Spinx... he's a musician. And there's a video on Youtube with him playing, and its really still trippy/ abstract without Mary. But what I guess he's trying to say is Lu and his style are basically nothing you've ever heard before and it's stretching "to infinite and beyond". Thats just my speculation.

The "stink" doesnt affect him because the Sphinx in Egypt has its nose mostly broken off (due to corrosion I believe)
