Im a huge Lupe Fan...but I feel that one of the biggest mistakes in his career is not putting "Steady Mobbin" on the food & liquor album. He should of made this song the first single and made a music video. In my opinion this would of burst him onto the scene and people would instantly cling to him through this heartfelt song. even possibly draw comparisons to the lat 2pac. Secondly, i don't understand why in the world "the cool" and the "coolest" were not singles off his album and made into music videos. The concept could of been out of this world. Well those are just my thoughts on the matter. Keep it up Lupe, BEST RAPPER ALIVE.

well it did on me and i dont think hes made a mistake
in his career because when rapers make a mistake they
usually don't make it back to the point they they fell
from and if they do its a long recovery process

Well I'm glad that Kick,Push had that effect on you. Many still view that as the skateboard song. I'm talkin about reaching the other people in the cities and in th hood..The method that I stated would have been a better way to reach them. Hence, opening up their eyes, so that they would respect the man and would understand the genius of lupe through songs like the cool and coolest. It was a mistake in my opinion though because way too many still do not take lu serious. I mean he has created two of the best rap albums ever and still has not sold over 500,000 yet.
