I can remember that kind of bullshit thinking in the 80's. If it wasn't for mom and dad keeping a close eye on me...especially the church I belonged to...I would have ended up in meth drug frenzy trying to get the next high. So yeah!!!! I agree!!! Women are women and need not to worry about their looks!!! Just be yourself because that is all christ ever expects you to be!!!! Who cares what other people think about your body...it is yours and no one else can touch it except for you!!!! Let's not be addicted to aproval!!!!!!

What you wrote simply speaks volumes about exactly what endears you so much to all of us who love you so very much...and that is in BEING WHO YOU WERE CREATED TO BE & IN MAINTAINING YOUR INDIVIDUALITY!

It all goes back the your song "The Children", which totally addicted me to HaleStorM & to you forever! (I'd LOVE to hear that song again LIVE or something like it & am sure you've written other songs in the same vein.)

The whole "Breaking The Silence" CD was a total "Shout It Out" (no pun intended) about standing up for your own unique IDENTITY against "The Machine" and refusing to become just another "Brick In The Wall.!

Thank you for being such an uplifting artist & putting out a positive message in all that you write & do. I'll never forget the first time I saw you perform in a larger venue where you had a real stage at the Eagle's club(?) in Lebanon, PA during your "Power Of Youth" tour. Your performance of "Crazy On You" starting from the balcony & coming down the staircase was totally mesmerizing!

I knew at that moment that what I thought & felt from the very first time I experienced the "StorM" would simply have to come true in the not-too-distant future, and it surely did when you finally signed a label on YOUR TERMS (I hope) last April.

Most of all LZZY, THANK YOU for this "Sweet Addiction" I'm forever blessed with since first experiencing being in "The Eye" of a "Tempest Rock" storm at the Midtown Tavern in Hbg, PA several years back. (No need for any 12-step program with this addiction.)

Wow! And that is the reason (other than how great the music is!) you should and MUST make it big all over the world. You would be a great role model for young girls all over the world. As a band you all look great and were soooo nice when talking to the fans, it was highly refreshing. Keep up the good work!

Anyone who ever said that rock and roll is mindless is dead wrong. beauty is inside as well as outside. I think many would agree that you, Lzzy, are very blessed in both areas. I agree that every person has a comfortable body type and (unless health concerns are an issue) should be happy with how they look. Hell, anyone who has seen me should know that I don't give two hhots and holler for what other people think I look like. Someone who judges another person (whether that judgement is ill or good) is not the kind of person I want to be around.

And for anyone who is judging based solely upon looks, wake up at 5 am after a night on the road and look in the mirror. It won't be pleasant but it will be a valuable experience.

THE SECOND WERE TWO GIRLFRIENDS OF MINE IN MIDDLE SCHOOL. ONE OF THEM WOULD NEVER EAT LUNCH BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS OVERWEIGHT, SHE PASSED OUT ONCE IN GYM CLASS BECAUSE OF THAT. THE OTHER GIRL'S PROBLEM WAS REALLY HER PARENTS FAULT. HER MOTHER TOLD HER THAT SHE'D INCREASE HER ALLOWANCE A DOLLAR FOR EVERY POUND SHE LOST, AND THIS GIRL WAS 6 FEET TALL! SHE WAS A GOOD WEIGHT FOR HER HEIGHT, BUT HER MOM WANTED HER TO BE A MODEL OR SOMETHING. ALL OF THOSE SITUATIONS ARE AN EXAMPLE OF HOW F**KED UP OUR MENTALITY AS PEOPLE IS. THIS ISN'T EVEN SPECIFICALLY ABOUT WEIGHT. WRINKLES ARE AWESOME TOO...GRAY HAIR...FRECKLES...DIMPLES...BIG FEET. IT USED TO BE GRAY HAIR MEANT YOU GET RESPECT. THAT'S WHY YOUNG PEOPLE WOULD WEAR GRAY AND WHITE WIGS, THEY WANTED TO HAVE THE RESPECT THAT AN OLDER PERSON RECIEVED. AS FOR FRECKLES...I HAD A BEST FRIEND IN 4TH GRADE WHO WAS A RED HEAD AND WAS COVERED HEAD TO TOE IN FRECKLES, I REMEMBER GOING HOME ONE NIGHT BREAKING OUT MY MOMS MAKE UP CASE AND DRAWING FRECKLES ALL OVER ME. HA. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. YOU ALL KNOW AREJAY, AND HOW CRAZY HE IS...THIS MAN THINKS ON A NEW LEVEL, A LEVEL I WISH THAT I COULD RIDE FOR A DAY.
