I just had to share this find...

http://archives.pottsville.com/archives/1998/Aug/5/D367724.htm

BTW... to set the record straight... The Album "Don't Mess with the Time Man" was released in 1998. (Not 1999 or 2000 as is mentioned on so many sites)

I'm loving it! That's just awesome. I've seen a few older pics there Momma.... *wink* Most people don't realize just how talented or long they have been playing. When they find out they are blown out of the water. So shall we start calling you Mrs. Partridge now? ha ha

I hope it's ok for me to say it (I think it will be, since I don't know of anywhere to buy it), but you can find "Rose in December" on P2P file-sharing-thingies, i.e. Limewire. Most of them are low-quality rips (like 64kbps or so), but I managed to find one at 128, so it can be done. It's nothing like their sound now, but it's a nice song... very sweet, and it shows off Lzzy's voice well. I'd suggest looking for it.

I think things like that are great. It shows how much dedication there is with you guys. This is not a band that just showed up one day and started touring the country. No "overnight sensations" here. This is hard work and a lifetime of ambition, talent, and perserverance finally getting its due.

Just keep the bathtub baby pictures to yourself.

Found this on youtube- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3O7SfqtcrOE
Not sure if someone here posted it on youtube or not, but it's a great Britney parody by Lzzy, with some killer dancing from Arejay! Fits with the old-school theme going on...

Funny! Nice moves there Arejay and Poppa Hale. I know I have some old school photos and maybe even recordings of way back when. I am cleaning out a lot of stuff at my house, if I find some goodies I'll pass them to you. Beth.

PS. I still have the full print articles from FLY and PULSE and that on from Pottsville. I am such a packrat.

Hey... don't worry we didn't give Beth too hard of a time! ha! We're really proud of these years...this is the point where you say "choose" Rock n'Roll as a lifestyle or just a hobby. We were lucky to realize at a very young age what we wanted to do with our lives. I remember the day we said "let's go for it." Arejay was 10 and I was 13...we have never looked back. We just....jumped. haha.
P.S. Arejay and my dad made that spinning drum kit from scratch btw.

I personally love seeing the old video's of you both growing up. It's like the Patridge family gone wild! HA It's so awesome that you have such a musically talented family that supports you with all their heart and soul. That is what's most important. So many people don't let kids live out thier dreams and see them through. Beth and Roger are truly amazing parents for letting you go for your dream while keeping you grounded. Not to mention some of the older music just rocks. Years from now these are gonna make some great footage for VH1 Behind the Music! HA HA

Deanna

Ps.. love that kit! Sort of brings me back to youth!
