I dont know where to start so forgive me if I ramble.

This is my 6th Death Cab show and to be frank the worst. I was quite excited to be so close to the lads 6th row DDD. They started with Bixby Canyon Bridge which was brilliant, I had to ask myself and people around me "is that Ben? He was almost unrecognizable to me. Im struggling for words, Ben went on a bizarre "Sha Na Na Na Na, Na, Na na na tirade. Which I really dont understand. We laugh indoors was great to hear, as was Photobooth. Something has definitely changed, No Styrofoam plates, President of what, tiny vessels, prove my hypothesis. However we were treated to the Soul meets Body/ I will follow you into the dark medley.

The gig clocked in at 1:53.

I just got the feeling that Ben didnt want to be here.

Gutted, just gutted.

They haven't been playing President of What or Prove My Hypothesis for a while now...

I can confirm that they played President of What when they last toured. Embarcadero 8/15 06. Im just eager to get thoughts on the new tour. Stark contrast in my opinion.

^ Well setlists change, and they have been playing Styrofoam Plates and Tiny Vessels a few times on this tour. Instead of President of What they have been pulling out Your Bruise for the first time in centuries... i mean, they are touring their sixth album what did you expect?

I feel the same way. That was my 7th time seeing them, and without a doubt my least favorite time.

The energy of Ben was just entirely different. I got the feeling that he was on serious drugs.
