okay, i'm not really someone who's going to start hating death cab just because they get bigger, but i can't say i was not greatly angered when i heard "the sound of settling" on the LAGUNA BEACH commercial. in case you're not familiar with the "show", i guess it's all these rich kids in california and all the problems they have like their 250,000 dollar cars running out of gas and things of that nature. i think this is an insult to death cab's music to be played on a commercial for that caliber of tv show. am i alone on this?

Who freakin cares, didin't we get enough of this crap when they were on the O.C.? Maybe you should start hating death cab if this is greatly angering you and save us from having to read these redundant meaningless posts I mean c'mon this is what happens to bands when they gain mainstream attention.

okay, i'm sorry. i wasn't here when the OC incident occured. i didn't actually even mind them being on the OC, i was glad that they got to play their music on there. but you guys are really doing exactly what you're yelling at me for doing by each posting "oh this is so stupid, who cares" when it's already obvious that nobody cares.

what i posted had more to do with the direction the topic went in more than your original post. the way it goes is... someone posts something... someone else things its dumb and lets that person know that they think its dumb, the original poster gets mad and posts their feelings.. fighting begins and before you know it... there is someone commenting on the fighting and walah... the topic is killed.

hey maybe the only reason death cab lets their songs be played on those gay shows is because they suspect that their fans aren't the type of losers who watch them. If this is the case, they're right about me and i don't mind them makin some cash off people who don't give a rip.
