i've never heard of anyone getting sued for leaking an album before, doesn't mean it couldn't happen...just sayin, death cab isn't metallica and atlantic/WMG isn't going to take anything in the way of a hit by you leaking the new album. they have a large dedicated fanbase, who will all buy the album may 13th regardless. i've already gotten my local store to set aside a copy for me.

So give it to one of us to leak it then. You don't get in trouble :3
