I think the guy deserves his own thread. He's an amazing drummer.

i had a dream i met him......a dream like that comes once in a lifetime. he is pretty amazing.

when I first discovered Death Cab he was my favorite fro a long time, but now I don't have favorites. I hate how in all of the interviews he doesn't talk. His sense of humor is awesome.

I felt bad because when I met him and walla in the elevator in new york I spoke mostly with walla while my girlfriend spoke with Jason. Oh well.

i like his style just how he handles himself. I don't know why, but hsi vibe is awesome.

His skill is just awesome. I've never heard him fuck up or heard of anyone saying he fucked up and ya, he seems like a really cool guy.

Yeah my brain does contain the equivelant knowledge of an entire city. Too bad everything seems to be in spanish.

exactly. He's solid, same with nick. I've never seen Nick screw up, not to say that ben and chris don't rock or anything but nobody ever meantions how nick and jason are solid performers.

I have come close to tears when I see him perform the heavy drumming of "Transatlanticism"...man, what passion, what dedication. Easily, one of the best drummers in all of Rock music.

PS. I love his no holds barred admiration for the band TALK TALK. He's a man who understands music.

Great solid drummer. You can definitely tell he's been playing a long time. I'm sure he's an excellent teacher as well. Nick does himself in every night. Yeah I don't know how he keeps it together doing that. You would think he'd be fucking up all the time like Omar Rodriguez.

Apparently Nick has or had crazy stage fright, so to rock out like that and hit every note while being nervous is amazing.
