however, I personally feel that a moderator shouldn't be necessary. if everyone treated each other with a dash of respect and ignored the trolls; *cough* purp *cough* then everything would be all good. i realize this is unrealistic and ideal, but something to work towards perhaps..

Yeah i don't know. I think it's a job that requires a lot of time and the ability to judge when to step in and when to just leave things alone. You do not want to be too soft or too hard on the board members - generally you wanna make browsing the boards the best experience possible for people and not become the annoying parent.
And the person needs to be someone who can be here a lot and read all the threads.

My votes - Justin, Ashley, or Kasper.

If I were to vote for anyone other than myself, it would be Justin. I think Justin is one of the only people who've been on here consistently and might actually do something when people are out of line... maybe. I really don't think Morgan should be a moderator, for one he barely posts on these boards anymore, and also he has a very passive approach to the problems this board has.. It's going to be a shame when this poll starts and every account that one person has made votes for the wrong people to be mods. I think it should be restricted to people who have been on here way too much, or should be hand chosen instead of by the masses. This is going to be a mess.
