I haven't written it down, but it's pretty easy to figure out. The bass solo starts on a low C then follows immediately with the D above it. You'll only use C, D, F, G, and A for the bass.
the actual piano part is D, D, C, A for the beginning descent, then followed by F, F, G, C
The vocals start on D as well and they're pretty easy to figure out.

1st chord: D 2nd inversion with D in bass.
2nd inversion means the A just below middle C is the bottom note. Then the next note in the chord
is a D and then an F sharp above that.

2nd chord: D7 2nd inversion with C in bass.
Same chord but add a middle C to it.

3rd chord: F 1st inversion with F in bass.
So A then C then F.

4th Chord: G 1st inversion with G in bass.
So B then D then G.

This is the chord progression for the entire the song until the bridge where he just plays F and G. Also he leaves out the C7s and the Gs sometimes when he's singing.
