About: Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05
'Tis the season to be naughty! "Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05" takes an irreverent look back at the most controversial and outrageous events of this year -- from the infamous couch dance Tom Cruise performed on "Oprah," Scooter Libby being indicted, the Runaway Bride, President George Bush requiring mandatory ethics classes for his White House staff to the Deep Throat reveal, "Last Laugh '05" promises to take an equal opportunity jab at our most laughable newsmakers and news fakers.
"Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05" offers an edgy, alternative year-in-review as leading comics Lewis Black, David Cross, Greg Giraldo, Lisa Lampanelli, Carlos Mencia, Sarah Silverman and David Spade rifle through the headlines to bring you the most spectacular highlights.

Shot live at LA's Orpheum Theatre on December 4th , "Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05" will be a one-of-a-kind year-end event. The special will feature exclusive stand-up routines from the sharpest minds in comedy, as well as star-packed short films and comic segments from Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and Andy Dick, that bring the year into focus and skewer the world of politics, sports, celebrity, movies and much more. Not only is 365 days-worth of comic magic jammed into 90 minutes, but somehow "Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05" manages to leave just enough room for musical performances from Death Cab For Cutie and Yellowcard.

What song do you think they would play? I think The New Year would be an appropriate song but hopefully they play Crooked Teeth.

sarcasm or not, i'll vouch for that. before they broke out, they were a really good band w/ had some really good albums from where i used to live. great shows, too. but i'm not a fan of ocean avenue, haven't heard the new stuff.

who's up for a game of crossfire?
