I was at Border's last night and I saw Jason on the cover of Drum! with the headline "Jason McGerr: The Ultimate Drum Nerd".
That article was really insightful. I think Jason is the quietest of the bunch and therefore we don't have too much information on him, but this article had some really interesting stories. Like how he took over the drums in Eureka Farm after Ben quit, and then he had to kick Nick out of Eureka Farm because he wasn't good enough. That same afternoon, after he got the boot, Nick went to Ben's and joined Death Cab. And despite the insult, Nick wasn't bitter and was actually the main advocate of getting Jason in Death Cab. Yeah, I saw that too, but I saw it a few weeks ago, think it was last month's issue. if anyone wants to see it they should find it soon before it goes off the shelves
