I feel bad for doubting them. I thought they were going to play everything from Plans, but I was dead wrong. If you have a chance go see them this time around it. I've never seen Ben Gibbard tear up the drums the way he did during We Looked Like Giants. Here is the setlist

405
Your Heart is an Empty Room
The New Year
Why You'd Want to Live Here
Lightness
Title and Registration
Crooked Teeth
Soul Meets Body
Brothers on a Hotel Bed
A Movie Script Ending
Pictures in Exhibition
Photobooth
Company Calls
Company Calls Epilogue
We Looked Like Giants
Transatlanticism

ENCORE:
I will Follow You into the Dark
Marching bands of Manhattan
I'm Going Home (Sonics Cover)
Sound of Settling

Those aren't all in order. They did play Company Calls and Company Calls Epilogue back to back. I'm just so relieved that they played such a solid spread. Thank God for less Plans this time around. If I'm missing any songs, let me know.
What a show!

yeah. I remember seeing them encore with tiny vessels and transatlanticism last time. I felt lonely after word. This time I just left really liking pop music.

definitely one of the best concerts i've ever been to. someone was proposed to during "i will follow you into the dark," people were crying during "transatlanticism" and moshing during "sound of settling." it's nice to be reminded why they're my favorite band.

plus, i got company calls + epilogue, so i'm very happy!

Hey, I was here as well. I was about 3 rows back, in front of Chris Walla the entire show, then about half way through this extremely large drunk guy crashed through the crowd and brought about 5 people with him, I could still see everyone, there was a little hole between the crowd, so everyone was still visible. Anyways, great show, my first death cab show too! I really wish they would've played a rocked out version of IWFYITD though, that would've rocked

I'm glad I didn't have to see a prolonged version of any song from Plans. I just don't get what the big deal is about that cd, and I think the reason for that was more apparent than ever last night. When they play an unbelievable version of Why You'd Want to Live Here and follow up with Crooked Teeth, you can tell the new stuff just isn't as good as the old. I don't know. Maybe Plans is just too much pop for me.

Yeah, when I first got Plans and heard Crooked Teeth, I thought it was awesome. But then I heard stuff like Why You'd Want to Live Here. Crooked Teeth just doesn't sound right...like they're trying to recreate older stuff but it just doesn't work...I don't know. Maybe it's just me..

I really wanted to hear Tiny Vessels before Trans though, I thought the crowd was really warmed up for the harder section of the song. But for the most part, this was a really rocked out show.

I saw a woman beard today (and I wasn't even at a circus). I'd like to say that I was brave, but I was a little scared.
