Ok SO, last death cab show I went to had poo for merchandise. For some reason the American/Canadian border is anal about letting people have fun. But anyhow i'm going to new york in 2 weeks and a bit for the summerstage show so PLEASE please pretty please bring some nice merch guys. Vinyl, Pins, the works. HIT MEH! And when you come to Vancouver in april i'll make sure there are plenty of unknown truckers on the way with you.

Ya I got some stars merch at their show here a while back. I think I owe them 5 dollars because my girlfriend thinks she accidentally stole a set of pins. I was considering mailing them a 5 dollar bill. Then one night we were watching melinda and melinda in the theatre and as were were leaving the girl singer(cute but always looks high) and the bassist (with the pointy elf shoes) had been watching with us and I don't like bugging people in public in their private time so I didn't say anything. But after I was pissed because I should have given them 5 bucks.

I'll try and get a minute with one of them when I see them at summerstage in New York. I doubt I'll be able to but i'll see. The lead singer is a really nice guy. The last time they played here in Vancouver with Julie feist and apostle of hustle there was this guy on his cell phone yelling really loud going "OH MY GOD I'M AT THE CONCERT BLAH BLAH BLAH" and this show was not an energetic one, I mean it was but the crowd was not dancing and I was at the front of the stage. The cell phoning guy was behind me and started jumping over my back and pushing me so I got pissed and pushed him, if everyone else had been doing it I wouldn't mind but this guy was just being an asshole. Then the stars singer grabbed this jerks cell phone in the middle of the song, started singing really loudly into it, and then held it up in the air. The jerk was reaching up to get his cell phone back and the singer dropped the cell phone hard directly down on the ground probably breaking it. The jerk was like "OMG THAT WAS SO AWESOME HE HAD MY PHONE" I was laughing my ass off because of the fact that he threw the phone down and this guy didn't even realize he was pissed at him. Classic moment.

HAHAH! What a a twat. I think that i remember reading that story somewhere else. That must have been so funny.  I would love to meet Stars, I've been talking to them a bit back and forth about my site, so I'm hoping I'll be able to talk to them at Summerstage as well. Perhaps I will see you there James. Except I don't know what you look like so I'll just look at you and then look away.
