anyone anyone?

I was surprised to hear that Death Cab would be playing at an 89x gig. I would have guessed them as more of a River band.

I'm also pretty excited to see Rogue Wave, but I cannot wait for Seawolf!

i'll be there. twenty rows up, dead center.

i'm hoping for a really good setlist with a long encore. don't know much about the first two bands, realy don't care either. probably come for the end of the second one and am obviously really looking foward to death cab.

and 89X has played IWPYH more than any detroit based radio station i've heard.

does anyone know any details in regards to meeting the band or at least seeing them late after the show???

I have dead center main floor seating. Really wanted pit seating, but hey, at least I got seats next to the people I am going with.

i stand corrected on my not showing up for the opening band's performance.

just have been listenting so some sea wolf today and their pretty good. a few decent songs so I'll be there for them now as well. but probably not for rogue wave (I really hate seeing three bands, and the anticipation to see death cab would just kill me)

I couldn't agree more. That, and Paste magazine. O_o

I went to a concert last year at the State(now Fillmore I think??) Theatre and we arrived fairly early. A comedian was performing at the Fox. His limo was easily spotted and it didn't appear to be that hard to go talk to him. Don't know if it's different for bands, but you could always give it a go.

The Fox does not allow cameras do they?

I wanted so badly to take my camera, but I had no batteries.
Plus when we got there, we found out we were even farther back than I had thought in the first place.
