What songs do you guys think will be played on Ben's solo tour?

i was wondering the same thing.

will he play mainly death cab songs, if so which ones???

I just got tickets for the may fifth show in detroit.

i was thinking it was going to be his solo stuff and probably acoustic postal service. i dont think he'll play many death cab, maybe a few songs. probably follow.

all i want is This is the Dream of evan and chan

to be honest I don't want too much DCFC because I've heard those live enough.
I would really love some covers.

He'll play brand new colony no doubt.

no, like Farmer Chords and stuff. Maybe that too, though. and yes, brand new colony for sure.

Other possibilities: Farmer Chords, You Remind me of Home, Passenger Seat, Soul Meets Body.

he'll play some older normal ones that weve all heard acoustic before i bet. but there'll be some stuff from plans which should be cool, and maybe some new Postal Service?? or some other new stuff. and some never acoustic stuff and covers.

probably Broken Yoke in Western Sky, cause he played it for that DVD.

oooh! I'd also like to hear the one about when he dies..."A Lovely Affair", I have a recording, but hearing that live would be awesome.

i've never heard any of these songs like farmer chords or you remind me of home. who is it by? is it All-Time Quarterback or another Gibbard solo project? and where can i find these?

on itunes they are under "benjamin gibbard"

i want to hear carolina so bad

i wish Ben Gibbard would play Carolina at either the L.A. show or in San Francisco. If Ben is reading by some miraculous chance please play Carolina. that song is so nice and maybe the saddest story ever told. Ben does an excellent job covering both of these songs. pleeeeeease play >CAROLINA<
