Very nice pics..anything out of the ordinary on the setlist?

The only thing that sucked about the show was that no one was standing. It felt like there weren't any death cab fans there besides a couple other groups and the one I was with.

Nothing out of the ordinary on the setlist, I think they've played The Sonics "I'm Going Home" on a few other occasions, but the arrangements for Live Here and Giants was significantly extended. They really rocked out!

I really love your pictures. One question tho: how were you able to take a D70 into the concert? I thought most places had policies against slr cameras.

yeah, some venues don't even allow normal cameras. I couldn't even bring in my polaroid

I've taken my SLR into several shows lately. With the advent of cameraphones I've noticed most venues aren't as uptight about cameras as they used to be. It's been fun.

As to thins night, it was a benefit - cameras were explicitly allowed (just not professional they said) there was no bag check at the door We had second row seats in the "VIP ticket" section, the media was in the same section with lenses twice the size of mine, so security didn't seem concerned.
