I will be in Seattle by this time, which means I will be missing Street Scene down here in San Diego. I am considering the drive to Oregon. Anyone else pondering going to this show?

Hmm... I wonder if carpooling with complete strangers is an option?

I'm thinking of carpooling with complete strangers. Do it! We should have a huge "DCFC/Barsuk message board party" thing. Although I think we'd all hate each other.

I am defenitley down for that, I spose I should join the barsuk boards. We'd all hate each other because of the board rivalry's? (sp?) I am a really easy going person and have no bad feelings about anybody over there. Actually I have only been over there once or twice and have never posted or formed an opinion. Where is the love? Ha.

I think I meant hate (perhaps too strong an emotion..) between board members on the same boards. I was kind of joking, though. But, yeah. We should do somethng since so many people are driving in from pretty far away. Hmm.

I agree. So how do we begin? Maybe go on the barsuk boards and begin to beg? Ha. I'm gonna go check it out. I will get back to you.

I am going. I already have my tickets. It was either that, or White Stripes at the Gorge, on the same day, but I am also a huge Decemberists fan, and it just seems like a better show.

So, I might be the last person to realize this..but Pedro the Lion's not actually playing this, contrary to what the Les Schwab Amphitheater site says.

^uhm..actually they are. Red Face

Well, so far no luck over @ the barsuk boards. So music your driving and picking me up on the way and I'll buy the tickets? Sounds like a plan!

Isn't Pedro playing at that too. Either way, Decemberists and Death Cab. I'd be in musical paradise.

Dumb Illinoiser.

I'm so envious.

Rivalry of the boards? That's like having a NY Yankees / Miami Heat rivalry... it just makes no sense... :P

This board is a death cab board, way more posts, mostly focused on DCFC and for the most part little content, just editorial or opinion or gushing of fans.

The barsuk board is full of regulars, inside jokes, some DCFC stuff, but less than half. Probably more Rev. Hydra stuff than DCFC, and less gushing. Some of the rants go on like a book too.

I'm just looking for content, so I weed through both Smiler

Andy
