Yup, they did a cover from the Sonics called "I'm comin' home". I didn't take any pictures though. Wasn't sure if my camera would get confiscated at the door or not, so I didn't bring it. I really regret that now.

It was an awesome show, well worth the wait and not studying for my finals. I was one of the lucky ones to grab one of the drumsticks they were throwing to the crowd after the show.

I'll post my pictures/videos soon.

damn that show ruled. probably the best one of the four death cab shows i've been to. ben was really really into it and the whole band sounded great. yeah dude with that opening i knew it was going to be good. 405 was good as expected. I really thought Your Heart is an Empty Room was excellent, definitely a highlight. i only wish they would have played company calls epilogue right after company calls and also blakcing out the friction...but still awesome awesome awesome

i totally thought they were about to play Line of Best Fit at the beginning, which would have been cool

also, am i alone in wishing that i could hear ben play "i will follow..." with complete silence? or at very least, no screaming during the parts where there's no vocal? that would be divine.

No, that was NOT me singing into the mic (although it would've probably been just as bad). I agree, I Will Follow You Into The Dark would sound so much better if everyone would stop trying to sing along to it.

Wow, the videos are nice..I don't suppose you got the whole concert recorded (or anyone did..or know where I can find it?) I always have trouble tracking down any recordings of concerts I've been to.

yeah. that song especially but i think that with just about every song. its really annoying. i like to sing a long at shows but when i realize everyone's doing it and its runing the music i stop. its just so annoying. people are annoying.

I thought it was great when everyone came together to sing along to I Will Follow You Into the Dark. Everyone's caught up in the moment...everyone's excited to be there, singing along with one of their favorite artists. You can really feel the happiness in the room. I don't see anything wrong with it. If it annoys you that badly you can always just go home and listen to your cd.

now the screaming during the song was a bit unnecessary...i agree with fadedmagic on that one...it kinda wrecks the mood.
