Anyone else going? Just over a week, really.

For anyone who has been to the Merriweather Post Pavilion - is there a pit? Or is GA just seating in the orchestra section?

I'm crossing my fingers for some oldies.

I'm assuming no one else here is going (haha), so I'll be recording the setlist on my phone. Two more days!

I've never been there, but from pictues I've seen of the venue on the Internet it looks like it is seating in the orchestra section.

I have tickets in that section, but I have no one who can go with me, so at this point, I don't think I'm going. I'm coming from North Carolina, so I have to stay in a hotel overnight. I don't know if I'm up for doing all that by myself.

If I can't go, please let me know how it was.

edit: Nevermind, there IS standing room/general admission. I'm seeing about cameras now.

Pictures in an Exhibition!? Wow.

The funny thing is, my friend was humming Pictures in an Exhibition when we were in line, and no more than 5 minutes later they started sound checking it. It was pretty funny.

I have videos of BCB, Grapevine Fires, Epilogue, Cath, Pictures In An Exhibition, end of Marching Bands, Your Bruise, Tiny Vessels, and the end of Trans. I can't believe how good quality they are.

Awesome video! I'm so upset I couldn't go! I saw them two years ago in Norfolk, and I saw Ben last year on his solo tour. They are so good live! Please post more videos soon!

Rogue Wave was very good. I only knew 2 of their songs, but yes, they are probably the best or one of the best openers Death Cab has ever had.

One of the "wow" moments of the show was during BCB, when it picks up, the banner dropped in the back and revealed the album art. It just looked so awesome.

I'm so happy they've brought back some old songs. Although Pictures in an Exhibition isn't one of my favorites, it was still very nice to hear it. Your Bruise was just amazing, I'm so glad I have it on video. I had no idea they were going to bring out the Tiny Vessels --> Trans combo. It's pretty funny how Nick has two of the same basses hahaha

Trans was, as always, really really good. Once I get the video up, you'll see what I'm talking about. Jason is pounding on his drums, and Nick is going crazy, etc. I'm so glad I'll get to do it all over again on Thursday.
