Go to Pollstar(dot)com. I don't think Concert Promoters, Band Members, or Venue Owners browse these boards to advertise upcoming shows. I found the current dates about three days before the announcement was made. If the dates are booked, then they will be placed on that website most likely. There is also Death Cabs booking agency (i think aero booking) that had Bens tour up like a week early.
