I'm not too sure if my guitar is tuned properly right now, but I just listened and it seems he has a capo on second. It's hard to hear in youtube quality because the low end of the guitar is masked. Anyway..

Capo on second. Play G a few times then when the vocals starts it's G, C, D, up until 1 minute 7 seconds, then it's e minor C D a few times I think, the problem is it's hard to hear the low notes at least on this laptop, so it's possible he's still just playing G C D, if I were playing it I'd go E minor, anyway, at 1 minute 22 seconds it's A minor, then C, then back to normal. That's about it for the whole song I think.
