Yeah, it was a scary day.. Eventhough I don't live in London.. It's pretty close. And I have friends who live there and I'm happy to say they're all doing good.

True. But that's not to say that attacks haven't been happening more intensively since he became president. He did start a war with them, after all.

James.. can you even define imperialism. You think the US governments out to spread the roots of its evil empire and build a death star so it can blow up Alderaan. US military assets overseas have always been used as a reactive force. Ask the joint chiefs.

People think that Bush Jnr is the root of all these terrorists evil. The only reason you think that is because 9/11 was the first real coordinated attack against multiple targets IN America.

I'll remind you that Clinton administration (democrats) was the first to actually retaliate against Al-Qaeda by launching tomohawk missiles into Afghanistan. After a series of embassy bombings in Africa. After killing hundreds of sleeping marines in a hotel barracks.

Pre-invasion, Osama bin Laden's justification for attacks was because the US has bases in Saudi Arabia and countries around there. Go check out JANES.com for numbers on pre-invasion Iraqi military figures compared to the countries around it. I didn't see Saudi Arabia or Kuwait complaining about a US presence. So you see it all comes down to Gulf War 1, which the US was completely within its right to do.

hah, yes I do know what the word means. That was a really bad star wars reference by the way. You obviously haven't gotten my point. The president of the united states holds a lot of power and has a choice to use that power to do good things or do bad things. No matter what was going on before George W. became president, he has the option of not starting wars and not invading a foreign country. This war is not sanctioned by the united nations therefore george w is a war criminal. Another thing is people refer to al-qaeda way too loosely without really knowing about the organization. Every time there is an attack they get meantioned. They could very well be your next door neighbour so why start a war on two countries which may or may not have connections to an organization that we know is in north america plotting to blow the shit out of people because america keeps going to their country of origin and blowing the fuck out of them.
