I just read on Wikipedia that Ben and Jimmy have 6 songs completed and they hope the new record is released by the end of 2009. This is Wikipedia though, and it didn't have a reference, so I'm wondering if anybody knows anything else about it.

6 songs? I don't know, I think the most Ben has said is that it will come sooner or later and that they occasionally worked on stuff together.

Yeah, we hear something about it every few months, but it's yet to be anything substantial. I'd take it all with a grain of salt until they announce a release date.

Two possible futures for this band:
1) Nothing
2) Something in 3 years when Ben isn't busy
