Just got back from 500 Days of Summer--it blew me away. Maybe it was the timing because I felt like I was watching myself. Either way, I've never seen such a cliche premise be made so unbelievably original and fresh and moving.

AHHHHHHHHH that's my favorite movie! I can't get enough of it, although that probably sounds very strange. That DVD was definitely worth the money.

Probably my favourite movie of the year so far. Suitable amounts of suspense, humour, graphic violence, hot french women and nazi killing. Pitt has a pretty likable character and a lot of laughs are drawn from the absurdity of the situations. Definitely see it, it's solid all the way through and though it's quite long you won't really notice.
