I have a friend who likes to insert medium-sized rodents into his arse cavity, and push them back out over a 14 hour period to simulate childbirth.

Is that wrong, or could it just be considered X-Treme Cooking?

Technically two questions, but that's no problem.

Firstly, it is wrong, unless he's gay; then it's common practise.

Secondly, no, it cannot just be considered X-treme cooking.
