I though maybe we needed a thread to talk about Christmas!! I know that I am already full of Christmas Cheer!! I LOVE CHRISTMAS!! If you want to see the extent of it visit my myspace page...
Things I love about Christmas include: christmas oranges, eggnog, christmas lights, advent calendars, trees, tinsel, cookies and baked goods (I used to be a dessert chef so they are always plentiful), turkey, stuffing, christmas music, shopping (I'm almost done though), christmas crackers and the little paper crowns inside, snow, skating, sledding, hot chocolate, and so much that I am forgetting right now...
I know that there are lots of people from different countries with different traditions so...lets here them!!!

things I love about Christmas...preparing and cooking tamales with family, barbacoa tacos on Sunday, sitting in the kitchen with my grandma while she makes tortillas, visiting friends I never get to see because I live hundreds of miles away, buying and seeing my niece open presents that I bought her, spending time with my little sister.

I love it when people start talking about christmas when it actually is less than a month to chirstmas eve.

I love advent calendars from Laura Secord.

Soooo good.

Emptying stockings is my favorite Christmas oriented event.

I live alone. Holidays suck.

shall i send my passive agressive roomie, who hates holidays, too, over??

my mom bought me a knitted harry potter scarf. i want it early.

I drank egg nog yesterday. sooo good. got me all christmassy and cheerry and they're starting to put out christmas stuff in stores. i lurve it

I am drinking Eggnog, eating christmas oranges and watching the Grinch right now.....I feel so Christmassy...plus it is snowing!!

i love how last weekend my dad turned the stereo really loud in the garage to play filipino christmas music. we're jolly about our holiday spirit.
and our christmas lights are gonna kick ASS this year. especially since we have a silent competition w/ our neighbors across the street, since they whooped us in the halloween decoration.
