it wasn't directed at you Morgan... I'm just really fed up with people who judge others before getting to know them... |

I turn 18 in October, so I registered to vote today.
You have to pick republican or democrat to vote in the primary, (Kentucky primary, woo) so I picked republican as I tend to be a little more slanted towards conservative-ism but I don't really know who I'll vote for. Watching the news I cant find out a thing about their policies. I'll have to research around before November. these signatures look like part of the post. |

I wish I could vote, I turn 18 not this may but next. So I miss it by like 5 months. Which sucks because Im really political while most of my friends either don't care or are just voting the way their parents do.

My friend won't be 18 either, so she's made a deal with a friend who doesn't care about politics that he will vote for who she wants, lol. |

Does anyone know a good webpage so I can keep myself posted on the state results as they come through? I'm an aussie and I need more coverage!

That's interesting, quick question. Why are you into the election? By no means am I putting you down, its just interesting to see someone from Australia wanting to know about it.
Try CNN.com/politics or usually just type in google "latest US election results" |

These I find to be the best sites www.nytimes.com http://www.newsweek.com/id/38584 http://www.tnr.com/ www.slate.com These are the most balanced and fair in my opinion. It's also interesting to note that whilst I am also Australian, I consider the US result to be far more important than our own election that was held last year, because unfortunately most of our foreign and domestic policies are dictated by what our American counterparts do. I wish I had the chance to vote in these elections myself. ................................................ Dark, you can't come soon enough, for me.... www.last.fm/user/toddstar/ |

Yeah I suppose that makes sense, just a weird thought.
And this election is going to be huge, America is on a downward spiral and we are either going to continue in this manner, or we are going to begin a new era of american politics in the world. |

|
Yeh pretty much the same reasons as Todd: who wins this election not only gains political control of the USA but to some degree also many other countries.
Thanks for all the sites. |
