Alright, things are super slow around here lately, so here’s a new fun thread. I always like talking about dreams with friends so why not talk about them on here. If you remember a dream you had awhile ago or want to report one from the night before, do it here! I’ll start with one of my favorite dreams I had about a year or so ago.

So it begins: It’s a grey day and I’m coming home from school on the bus. I get off down the hill from my house and there’s another man waiting for the walk light with me. He’s black. He takes a step forward coincidentally at the same time as me. “Shit!” I think. “I don’t want him to think I’m racist” so I take a step back, but as I do so he pulls out a knife grabs me and says “Give me your wallet!” Well I didn’t have a wallet and I told him so, but he said “Bullshit!” and reached in my back pocket and pulled out a wallet with lots of money and took all of it. “You’re a liar!” he screams as I dart up the street.
Now, you know in dreams when you dream up a history kind of, and something may have happened a few years ago in your dream, like an alternate reality? Well I totally remembered I had a half retorted midget friend named Robby who always had my back. So I called his name and he came darting down the street to my aid shouting “I’ll save you Morgan!” He jumped on the man’s face and began punching him while I ran away. I got to my house and Robby quickly followed. “I have to use the bathroom” said Robby. By now It was getting dark out. I forgot when the sun goes down Robbie takes the shape of a 6”5 giant, which he’s really self conscious about. He emerged from the bathroom and I was startled so I asked “who are you?” “I’m Robbie! Remember?” I apologized and he sighed and looked at the floor. “It’s OK.” But before I could say anything else the man who was after me broke into my house, now with a friend. We hid somewhere as the proceeded tearing the place apart in hopes to find us.
This is when the dream gets a bit fuzzy. Somehow he chased us outside and we ended up fighting on two moving pickup trucks, leaping back and forth which resembled a video game. Eventually he pinned me down. “What do you want!?” I screamed. “I want to take the one ring to Mordor!” said back. “What are you talking about?” but just then I remembered earlier that day at school in one class our teacher held a council of Elrond. My friend Jacob was assigned the dangerous task of traveling to Mordor to destroy the one ring, and I was one of the many vagabonds who would accompany him on his quest. “I’m going to kill you,” the man continued “and kill your friend Jacob and destroy the ring myself to receive all the fame and glory!”
That’s when I woke up. But the dream was so real I still felt like I was running away from him so I leaped out of bed and ran to my door before I thought things out for a second. I looked at the time and realized I was dreaming. It was a relief to not be hunted anymore I couldn’t help but feel a little led on. The whole thing was very anti-climatic.

The other night, I had a dream that we were going to take family photos. And when I got home from work, my old dog was there. (We put her down three years ago). But, she only had three legs. I started to cry because I was really happy and I woke up crying.

The end.

I had a dream the other night that I met Paris Hilton and she gave me her autograpgh and a long letter. Then she asked me if I liked my boobs. I said "yea I guess" and she walked away. lol I'm glad she in jail.

i had one last night i dont remember too well. but it involved nicole richie cause i woke up to my alarm which was playing some wierd blues song and i thought it was nicole richie singing and playing. i rmemeber her saying something like "listen to my music". so i woke up to this blues song and was like "man Nicole Richie sucks at playing the blues!" and then i got in the shower and thought things out and realized that it wasnt nicole richie really.

i had a dream once that dianna got really angry and deleted all of the threads except the 'what annoys you' thread. it was weird.
i always have dreams that im pregnant with famous mens' babies. some have been: brad pitt, tom cruise, elijah wood, and gibbard.
ps...paris got out of jail after 3 days because of an 'unspecified mental illness'

Yeah, she got out but they made her go back because she's not as special as she thinks she is.

Last night I had a dream that I slept (literally not figuratively) with a guy I worked at the campus radio station with. We were cuddling and talking and I woke up feeling very rested. It was probably my subconscious' way of making me admit that I have a crush on him.

this is off subject but has anyone here ever took a nap and woke up later thinking it was morning and gotten ready for your day then realize its just 6 at night not morning...cos i do that all the time...

I hate that! And it's so much worse during summer because it doesn't get dark until really late so it's super hard to tell whether it's really 7am or 7pm. That feeling of panic you get when that happens is unsettling, too. But it's funny once you realize what time it is.

yes! well not started getting ready, but it does mess up my schedule. i have a hard time napping in the day. i dont see how people do it all the time.

i sleep when im bored, so i pretty much nap every day. it's gotten to be part of my daily thing lately.

I have a dream that occurs every year, no fail...

I'm at a family reunion, and I don't recognize anyone. I'm just chillin and eating and I slowly mingle my way through the crowd. I am stopped by a very Italian looking kid (greased back hair, nice suit and everything). He tells me to join him and his friends/other cousins. So say okay. We go off, and they are planning something, and assign me something to do. I think we are just making mischief. I carry out my minor job (like fetch rope or something). Anyway, I come back and find that the whole thing was an elaborate act of homicide; my uncle is floating in the pool, and the water is turning red. I'm crying bitter tears, because I really loved him. I asked "what did you do?!?!?", and they reply that they told me what was going on, and that I helped. I was freaking out, but they told me to calm down and get away from the pool so I wouldn't be a suspect. They go off, and plan another murder. I am desperately trying to escape the, but wherever I run, one of them is there killing some random family member. I usually wake up at this point...

Scary, I know...

One time I woke up when I heard my Dad's voice, and I freaked out "I'm gonna be late for school, and then I looked at the clock... it was 5:00 PM! My dad had just come home from work...I dozed off after school and forgot I ever did so....

wow, scary dream. ive never killed anyone in a dream. i hate when you wake up and you're think that the dream was real.

i never really get that personally. i might fully feel like things are really happening to me, but the moment i wake up and see that i'm in bed, everything just fades pretty quickly. it's kind of disappointing almost, because it makes the dreams a lot harder to remember...
