My friend and I saw Nights in Rodanthe today with some free passes. It was at least as terrible as we were expecting, possibly worse. Richard Gere gives me the creeps.

Saw "Choke". It was a decent adaptation. A couple of blatantly poor choices, though.

Saw 'Jar City' at my independent cinema the other week, I'd recommend it.

Nick And Norah was good, not great.
Religulous was quite good.
Men in Black is not nearly as good as I thought it was when I was a kid.

Has anyone seen Vicky, Cristina, Barcelona?
Is that the image of Spain in America, or just Woody Allen's? (I'm Spanish, btw Wink)

I gotta say I enjoyed it. And Bardem is a great actor. Penélope... not so much. Scarlett and Rebecca really charming.

Saw 'The Wave' this weekend, a German film, quite good but a terrible ending. Also saw 'The Fall' a couple of weeks ago, which release got delayed by 2 year in the UK, loved it.

Gonna see Hunger after the football this Saturday I reckon Smiler

I don't know if I want to see it, Bill Maher has the tendency of being a tool. How restrained is he at being a tool in this?
