- Shortbus
- This Film is Not Yet Rated

Both were really great movies. Shortbus was kind of raunchy, but so raunchy that you sort of get used to it after a while and you see there's a really unique and thoughtful storyline there.
This Film is Not Yet Rated was interesting because it covered ground that i've never really heard of before: the MPAA, and the reason I probably haven't heard of them. It's a very secret group of every-day Joe movie-raters who discriminate against certain movies they find offensive and feel like they wouldn't want their dumbass kids to see. It's all about exposing the members of the MPAA. Very funny and cool.

Anyway, it was a capitivating, well-made drama that left me thinking, which is always good. If faced with a choice between Man of the Year and Closer, choose Closer. (Or Babel; I have to watch that again!)

i saw the first 30 minutes of man of the year in the theater then walked out i dont even remember why i didnt like it.

and i didnt like closer the first time i watched it but then i watched it another time it got better i suppose..i love natalie portman and jude law

We get extra credit in my English class if we watch Shindler's List. We have to write a paper, too though.

i totally agree, that movie was horrid. the acting sucked hard, the plot was lame, and the whole movie just seemed so...wrong, i guess.
