Anybody here interested in this kind of stuff, religious philosophy, moral philosophy, life philosophy, political philosophy? All types welcome.

I guess im mostly agnostic, a touch of deism, a dab of theism. I call it samnostic. Religion should be a inner expierience you know. Out with the old, in with what was always there. I have nothing against organized religions, i just think people should take them less literally. I find meaning in them below the surface.

ok ok ok.....I think...the only reason we die...is because we accept it as an inevitability.

who says we die? if time exists then every single thing we do must still exist in a different time in order for our current selves to exist. Doesn't that mean that we always exist?

hes saying that we live in the past time.
thats assuming that time is linear. and that the past and pending still exist presently.

but your wrong because the only time that exists in the present, which actually doesn't exist because it is constantly obsoleted because the future instantly becomes the past. which might prove that we don't die, because do don't live either.

ok here is a question.

If God is omnipotent (able to do anything) then can he create a rock that he cannot lift?

I'm not saying that's what I believe, I'm just saying that in order for there to be a future, there has to be a past, and if at any point there is no past, then that future, no matter how small a time it's based on, cannot exist. What I'm saying is that if the original start point, conception, is obsoleted (by your theory) then we would not be conceived. If that past doesn't exist, then what I'm typing right now is not happening, but since I can still see the text I just wrote here, it's logical to assume that time is linear when it comes to our own existence, or I would be seeing nothing. But we have to think of everything on different scales, for instance if you look at the stars, what you see is the light that traveled from that place millions of years ago, everything that happens here around us is on such a small scale we're in our own little world that seems to have a set of rules, which we know are not true of other places in the universe. This is a shit subject.
