Well, I'm glad that I got to see them play one last time last Thursday. Amazing show.

Mediocre band with 5 good songs total. A thread with a single sad face on it though? Really?

They're just a pop band...

I wish the world was flat like the old days.

I'd admit that is a little hasty to say, both are talented and make good music, but one thing I can't stand about Tegan and Sara is their voices. I can hardly listen to more than a few of their songs in one sitting.

Ahh, that's disappointing. However I have to say they ended with their best album. You Are My Sunshine is great.

The first record i really liked was the con, so jelaous is okay not worthy of all the fanboy/fangirl acclaim it recieves. The new one is growing on me.

Apart from an ardent group of fans who are fiercely loyal and supportive (including myself) its fair to say that while The Con and So Jealous were respected, they didn't receive a huge amount of critical acclaim. In fact its been my experience as a fan that they are more disliked than liked. Perhaps you have read too many of my fanatical posts?

Sainthood however is receiving much deserved high praise from critics, even from Pitchfork who this time avoided homophobic slurs in their review and for once were quite fair and accurate.
