Hah, I'd say so. Of course I bought all my gear with money that was just given to me for my birthday and Christmas, so it all came pretty easy. But if you're working for the money and it takes you a while to save it all up, you'll have to find out for yourself.

My turntable (el cheapo $100 btw) is plugged into the subwoofer my computer speakers are plugged into (it takes up to 3 inputs.) it's really simple.

The coolest vinyl I own is Arcade Fire's "Neighbourhood #3 - Power Out" 7" on glow in the dark vinyl, although I really like Colin Meloy's live vinyl on clear green too.

Damn, I just realized that I need the Home EP still. And Your Bruise.

I'm such a perfectionist.

collecting vinyl is an expensive hobby. I started last year. I only have 2 death cab lps in trans and plans. I would really love photo album though but 60 is alil out of my price rage.

the coolest and most expensive vinyl i own is DMB Before These Crowded Streets which go for about like 400 -500. It is the only full length Dave Matthews Band album to be released on vinyl.
