First off, if you don't own this DVD, why are you reading this and not ordering it or going to the store to buy it?
But for those who own the DVD, enjoy the DVD and want to have those performances in audio format can read on. Out of the group of songs listed as being on the dvd only eight of them are still good to be in audio format. Becuase of the documentary format of the film, about half of the performances have narration over their audio. But as I said before, eight of them either have very little narration, or none at all. Here is a link to an uploaded .zip file containing those eight. http://rapidshare.de/files/6805379/DWSC.zip.html There are: 1. The New Year - The Shadowbox, Seattle 2. Styrofoam Plates - Tree's, Dallas 3. Title and Registration - Howlin' Wolf, New Orleans 4. Company Calls - WorkPlay Theater, Birmingham 5. Tiny Vessels - Stubb's, Austin 6. Why'd You'd Want to Live Here - The Wiltern, Los Angeles (different than John Byrd EP) 7. Prove My Hypothesis - The Shadowbox, Seattle 8. Lightness (Demo) I didn't include We Look Like Giants because thats on the John Byrd EP. And anyone who doesn't have the DVD should get it because just having the audio for these performances isn't enough. I did this for people like me who want to have these for iPods and such. |
