Rapidshare.de
Click browse, find your file, click upload. Just post the link that it gives you and people can then download the video.

Going pretty damn good, James. Though I think I'm going to start emphasizing the BROKE part.

One more thing, I'm not sure if Cat Solen realizes that this ain't a fuckin' Bright Eyes Video. Take that wanna-be Dylan shit and your unfocused "artsy-because-it-sucks" camera work outta here. This is Death Cab. The fat white trash woman might work over Oberst's annoying quiver, but not with the smooth sounds of Gibbs.

I see you finally did your research.

I honestly prefered Cat Solen's video to your broadway village people video.

I agree with you completely. I think marching band is way cooler.

I think this video was horrible. The random old/white trash people while intended to be charming seem to mar the beauty of the song. I'm not trying to say I hate them because they are ugly or anything, but it's just not working. Also, the camera work is just irritating and distracting. Generally an uninspired work. I sure hope the coming videos are better.

I don't understand this statement.

he was refering to you calling cat solen a guy.

Also, I think the animal head moving back and forth is one of the best things I've seen in a while and everyone here needs to appreciate a different style that was used.

Joe,

I really don't mind if you don't like these videos and express it.

Cat's work has been covered in magazines, Resfest, and her animated shorts have played in countless festivals. She is signed to Partizan, who represent Michel Gondry.

Have some patience. The post film school road is hard and trying and full of surprises. With perseverance and continued work you'll get a chance someday perhaps to work with artists you like when the time is right. I have a 7 year relationship with DCFC and this is the first year I've done a video for them.

Being presumptuous and elitist is just a drag and serves no purpose. Likewise, some members of the band love Cat's piece; for its implications in unseen connections, for its scratchy analog look, for the fact that it's full of people that you never see in videos who outnumber all the beautiful people 100 to 1. People like our parents and our relatives or the people you grew up next to or taught us. Despite what may be reported, Death Cab for Cutie hail from the Northwest, and not from the orphan's refuge at the Elite modeling agency (I hear it's around back, behind the catwalk training crucible).

I respect you can say whatever you want here. I'm just saying out of kindness, to chill out.

These opinions are of course my own, not the band's, etc. But I stand by them.

I'm gunna agree. I'm an elitest jerk when it comes to music and I know what its like thinking/knowing you can do better than someone else. But the point is it's better to do than to say. I really liked this vid. It felt really personal.
