This board sure does love it's top 5 lists.

bob you're such a world crusher.

I liked this video a lot. At first I though it was animated and was starting to look like the beginning of a fairy tale movie with the page turning but when the hand came in it looked too real. The drawings were like this childhood book series I was read, and read as a kid called 'The Bedtime Storybooks' by Thornton W. Burgess, but a completely sad version they would never show you. For that reason this one hits really close to home. I love it.

Thanks DCFC_SF that got it to work.
As for the video, I liked it a lot.
I liked the shadowy effect or whatever it was on the book.
Summer Skin is still my favorite so far though. Wink

cyborgs are cool too. I'm down with that. Remember when captain picard became a borg, locutus. Good times.

I'm really excited for What Sarah Said, because I made a video for my class at school that used the lyrics as a poem. The video was kind of about what happened before and after Sarah got in the hospital.

Hey AJ, that sounds really cool. Interesting take on the narrative implied - to avoid outright mirroring what's being sung. I guess one could make a case for it being Sarah if one hasn't read the particulars that led to the song.

We are not big fans at DCFC HQ on the literal video.

Star Trek, eh. Too much math and shit. Motoko Kusanagi, now there's an interesting cyborg. (the new) Battlestar Galactica rules.

Chan Wook Park's next film is about a girl in a mental hospital who thinks she is a cyborg.

And people wonder why I think I'm not hip enough to do music videos...

Glad most of you like the Monkmus piece. If you like it now, the DVD version will really get you. I was really worried about this one losing so much detail in these streams.

Motoko Kusanagi, you mean HOT cyborg. I'd hit it.

Did you like Oldboy?

I think you're pretty hip, but I'm a big loser myself so I wonder what that means.

Oh god. Not Star Trek. I hate that show. Mostly because I was subjected to watch it every night with my father as a kid. Daddy makes the rules on what channel is watched when he comes home from work. Oh man, the memories. Data was cool though.

i thought it was great cause it reflected the simplicity of the song so well... anything more complicated wouldn't have fit...

fave pic was of the bunny saving his friend from drowning... adorable
